Free Shipping Both Ways: We cover the cost of shipping both to you and for the return, so you can try the product risk-free.
Easy Returns: If you’re not satisfied, simply return the product within the 14-day trial period. Follow the steps below to initiate a return.
Full Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund in full, and the money will be transferred back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
How to Return
Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product to inform us that you’d like to make a return. Please include your order number in the email so we can quickly locate your details.
Receive Shipping Label: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and attach the return label. Write your order number clearly on the package, then drop it off at the designated shipping point.
Receive Refund: Once we’ve received and inspected the product, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
